Rent Collection
We can collect the rent on your behalf with strict zero-tolerance arrears management, or have the rent paid directly into your bank account. You choose how hands-on you want to be.

24/7 response for emergencies using trusted, local tradies we'd trust in our own homes. No overpriced contractors, just honest work.
Clear Paperwork
We ensure your home meets every legal standard, including Healthy Homes, and provide plain English monthly statements you can actually read.
Tenant Screening
We use advanced background and credit checks to find reliable tenants who treat your property right. We handle the viewings, the screenings, inspections, and contract - you get time to yourself.
Property Inspections
4 inspections are included in our standard fee. Additional inspections are perfect for when you want extra peace of mind between standard routine checks or your insurance requires more than 4.
Trust Account or your own
We keep all funds collected on your behalf in a designated trust account — safe, separate, and always yours. Payments go out every two weeks, or we can have rent paid straight into your bank account.
